Insurance and Medicare

Ophthalmic Associates accepts most insurances (see current insurance participation list below) or cash/credit card payments. ​We hold the Medicare bond so we are able to provide post-cataract glasses that most Medicare and Medicare-Advantage insured patients are benefited with following their procedure.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Spending Account (HSA)

Refractive surgery is considered an eligible expense for 2013. Itemized receipts can be provided for reimbursement through FSA and HSA plans.

CareCredit

Several different financing plans are offered through CareCredit, including interest free plans and extended terms. Patients can apply for financing via telephone, computer, or during the consultation.
